Here are the HSWC pets of the week.
Mike
Mike is a 1 year old neutered male black and white kitty. He came to the shelter as a stray. He wasn’t feeling well when he came in, but we couldn’t see anything wrong with him. He started losing weight and was throwing up a lot. We had him checked over again and still didn’t find anything to cause his symptoms. One day when picking him up we did notice that he seemed to have something in his stomach. After surgery we found the tip of a baby bottle that he had swallowed before he arrived at our shelter. He is doing great and available for adoption. He deserves a great home after all he has been through. Stop by and visit him today.
Precious
Precious is an 8 year old spayed female tan Boxer/Lab mix. Her owner could no longer care for her. She has the sweetest personality and just look at that face. She should meet any resident dog and she likes cat. She loves to go for walks and likes being with people. She still likes to play with toys and her favorite treats are bones. Precious is available through our Adult Companion Program to those who qualify.
